What is the value of a communication plan?
“Communication has to do with marketing, personnel satisfaction and continuity of the company. Every entrepeneur knows: you have to do something with communication. It is important to structure communication. A communication plan provides structure, so you as an entrepeneur can make your dreams happen. With a project like this an external partner has absolute value. An external agency looks with a fresh vision at the company and has the knowledge and experience to work out an effective plan.”

How does a process for a communication plan go?
“In the first interview with Klomp we found that choices had to be made. How do you do that? We have started by getting to know the current situation and the requirements. To do this, we have talked to people from several levels of the company. This cross section is an essential factor for succes. Then we come up with a concept. This includes the details of how you want to reach your goals. We discuss this and than we make the decisions with the customer. An important question with Klomp was for example: Is this the right name for the company? In this branche it is about safety and trust. As a parent you let your child go to places with this company. We wanted this to be clear in a new pay-off: Class in transport. After all, only the best is good enough for your child.”
